Alright, well as far as evolutions go, I am going to do it a little differently.
[This is only temporary until I get suggestions.]
Evolution
[This is only temporary until I get suggestions.]
Evolution
- If you want your Pokémon to evolve, you are going to have to buy it. This mostly goes for evolution stones. (More information about this in the Pokémart)
- Now, for example, Caterpie can evolve into Metapod at level 7, then into Butterfree at level 10. Since the highest Pokémon level you can start out with is 10, you can have Caterpie, Metapod, or Butterfree be your character.
- Pokémon that can only evolve into their final form by trading, example: Gengar, this is how it will work. In Port Kep there is a Trading Post, for Pokémon that need to trade to evolve, they will have to travel to Port Kep. Same goes for Pokémon that need to evolve with items and trading.
- If a Pokémon can only evolve by happiness, like Pichu, it simply means the Pokémon must be very happy, with a trainer/human companion. If the Pokémon is without a human, then evolution must be bought in the Pokémart.
- Keep in mind that if you have a Pokémon that is Kirlia, gender is a factor when it comes to evolving. If the Kirlia is a female, she will evolve into Gardevoir, if your Kirlia is male, he will evolve into Gallade. No if and or but.
Legendary Pokémon
In the land of Kuyloh, legendary Pokémon hard hard to come by. Here is the list of legendary or unavaliable Pokémon.

Humans in Kuyloh
Human trainers are avaliable in Kuyloh, however, rules do not apply the same as other regions. In Kuyloh, there are no Pokémon Centers and no Pokémarts. There aren't Gyms, however there are cities, but in the disaster years ago there are not much left. Most civilization disappeared from Kuyloh, but the ones who have survived thrived in these sorts of situations.
Keep in mind, the disaster destroyed most of everything. While there are Pokémon Centers and Pokémarts, they are not functional. Items left in the Pokémarts could be of use if one finds them in good condition. Shops for clothing could be found if rummaged to find them, working plumbing would be extremely hard to find, so if you have a human character, don't expect them to be rich with perfect hygiene. It's all about survival in Kuyloh.
Poké-Humans
When disaster struck, a certain area of the region was introduced to a chemical that infected nearly a quarter of Kuyloh. All Pokémon and humans that survived during the disaster, being infected by this chemical were fused together. Humans infected were able to change their forms into the Pokémon closest to them. For example, if a young girl was near a Vulpix when the chemical was infecting the region, she would be able to shapeshift into a Vulpix. This morphing switch is hereditary, but only 20% of offspring born with this trait are gifted with it. Only a small population on Kuyloh can be Poké-Humans.
Hybrids
The same chemical that infected a quarter of Kuyloh caused mutations to the Pokémon as well. In other regions not effected by this chemical, were able to breed with that of their same species, or type. But the traits of the offspring Pokémon were usually the same Pokémon as the father. Many generations and DNA formations made it able to fuse two different species of Pokémon together. For instance, if a Persian and a Delcatty were together, the possibility of a Delsian would be created. Another example, if a Luxray and an Absol bred, there would be a possibility of a Luxsol being born.
Both Hybrids and Poké-Humans can either be bought in the Pokémart or won in a contest or event.
