Port Kep Pokémon Center
Old even when the island was settled, the Port Kep Pokémon Center was the first building permanently set upon the island, older even than the rapidly decaying docks. The machinery used in healing Pokémon is well into the aging process, even more quickly because of the salt spray of the seas. Kept running by salvaged parts and a whole lot of hope, it may not be the best place to rest one's companions, but it is the closest to the wilds, and trainers will use this facility far more than the up-to-date one in Tindeu.
