Out of Character/Account Rules

• Respect the staff and other members. This means in the C-Box and in OOC topics.
  
  
• Your character's biography must be accepted by a staff member before you post on the site. If you post before being accepted, the post will be deleted and you will get a warning.
  
  
• If a staff member catches inappropriate behavior, (This includes sexual content, swearing directed at a member, threats, or not following the rules) The member will be temporarily or permanently banned depending on the situation.
  
  
• Keep swearing to a minimum.
  
  
• You must be at the age of 13 to register on this site. If you are not mature enough for this site, being obnoxious and annoying, I will temporarily ban you from the site until your next birthday. This is not a site for immature amateurs.
  
  
• If you are gone for over 3 days, you must post your absence in the absence board. If your characters are inactive for more than a month, your account will be deleted but not banned. If you choose to come back, you will have one more chance to be active. If you are missing for another month, you will be banned permanently.
  
  
• You are allowed 5 characters at one time. Each character must have a separate account. Characters die at some point, you can create another character after one dies. That doesn't mean if you're sick of a character you delete the account. At least be creative and give your character a post of how he/she died. Your first two characters are free, if you want more, you must apply and/or ask a staff member.
  
  
• When creating your characters, it must be no higher than Level 10. And Legendary Pokémon are purchased, or won in contests. [Check the "How Things Work" Board for more details.]
  
  
• The display name on your account must match the name of your character. That means no obnoxious symbols, numbers, etc.

• You cannot have the same Pokémon, what I mean is, you cannot only have Eevee evolutions as your characters. Simple as that. Also, try to broaden your horizons when it comes to types as well. I'd greatly appreciate if all your Pokémon weren't Ghost types, or Electric, etc.
  
  
• Your character cannot have markings or discoloration without purchasing them. If it is crucial to your character, you must get permission from a staff member.
  
  
• Please don't roleplay in OOC boards.
  
  
• You can choose to have a C-Box image or not. But the image must be one of your characters.
  
  
• Avatars must be 100x100 px. and must be an image of your character.
  
  
• Signatures must be no more that 500px in width and 200px in height. [500 x 200px] And bio image no wider that 500px. And they must be an image of your character.

Roleplaying/Posting Rules

• Your character can only be in one place at one time. That means no liquid time.
  
  
• Posts must be no less than 200 words.
  
  
• Bold your character's speech and italicize your character's thoughts.
  
  
• There will be no godmodding (Invincible in other words) or powerplaying (Controlling someone else's character) without permission by the member you are roleplaying with.
  
  [Example: John charged at Chris at 100 mph and chopped Chris's arm off. Chris started bleeding to death and after 10 minutes, he died.]
  
  
• You must proper grammar and punctuation. If you have trouble spelling words, I suggest you use firefox. It notifies you of your misspellings. Your sentences must make sense and be properly punctuated and come at complete stops.
  
  
• While Battling, Pokemon are allowed to use their surroundings (rocks, branches etc.) but are not used as their main form of battling, so please do so within reason.
  
  
• Breeding is allowed on this site, but the Pokémon must be of the same type, and well, lets not have a Kangaskhan breed with a Meowth. Just doesn't make sense.
  
  
• Try to keep the type of your Pokémon to their natural environment. It's very unlikely to see an Water type like Piplup in the Desert.
  
  
• If there is sexual content in one of your threads, be sure to notify it in your thread's title. That, or take the roleplay to the personal messages. Keep in mind younger roleplayers will most likely be here, so lets keep it PG-13.
  
  
• Do not post more than once unless you are in a thread with yourself.
  
  
• Don't be a posting whore either. That means if you are in a thread with 4 people, you don't post after another person posts each time with each member. It's really annoying, just look at Fred in the example.
  
  [Example: John posts, then Fred posts, then Sarah posts, then Fred posts again, then Tom posts, and Fred posts again... etc.]
  
  
• Do not have overly large text and unreadable fonts and colors. It is suggested that you use size 1 or size 2 font. No larger. Colors can be used for your characters speech. But please don't use hot pink and bright yellow. etc.
